I have an online ecommerce site and have used Bluehost for about a year. Initially I was very impressed because the hosting is cheap and you get tons of features to boot. However, the reliability time was questionable. Maybe I expect too much, because I depend on online sales. Still, I can’t complain because it’s just so darn cheap. Tech support was also very helpful and actually knew what they were talking about. To be honest, there’s a lot worse out there and I’d rather send someone to Bluehost then just anyone who offers a sweet deal on web hosting.
